Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation is an open level class, welcoming to beginners and those with yoga experience. Stretch, strengthen and improve balance with hatha yoga poses and flows. We'll also explore mindfulness and meditation. With Mindfulness, we learn to pay attention to the present moment with intention, purpose, and without judgement. Meditation, a core practice of yoga, involves letting go of distracting thoughts and tensions and turning the attention within. We begin to experience who we are on a deeper level, connecting to a profound sense of clarity, compassion and happiness. Thousands of studies have shown the physical and mental health benefits of mindfulness and meditation.
