Mindful Flow is an intermediate yoga class with creative, slow flowing sequences. Move with mindfulness. Deepen your mind/body connection as you explore creative transitions interwoven through a slow building, thoughtful flowing sequence of yoga poses. Learn to draw deeper into your connection with the moment and all that is around you as you use your senses to help your body lift, lengthen, and bend. Rejuvenate with a cool down of relaxing and restorative poses. Some previous yoga experience is encouraged for this class.
