Start your Monday and your week refreshed, energized and relaxed. Clear the mind, improve balance, stretch & strengthen the body. Deepen your yoga practice with instructive classes focusing on a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing flows, breath and relaxation techniques, and a little taste of meditation. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min. This class is open to all levels, people with yoga experience and beginners. We have a small & friendly group of regulars, and we're very welcoming to newbies. Certified Instructor Patti is also faculty at Washington & Jefferson College - teaching yoga & meditation and developing wellness curriculum there. Monday morning yoga meets at 10am for the summer, and in Sept will switch to 11am for the fall. Start anytime.
