Gentle/ Yoga Basics is a slower paced, gentle & relaxing class. Great for beginners and anyone looking for a nourishing and peaceful yoga experience. We'll focus on basic hatha yoga poses, building strength, flexibility and balance, and also incorporate some slow flowing sequences. Recharge, restore, stretch & de-stress. Learn and practice the fundemental poses of yoga, conscious breathing, with a taste of meditation. Enjoy an enriching experience of yoga with this 1 hour and 15 minute class. New students and beginners are warmly welcomed.
