This class moves to 10am beginning June 3rd. Open to all - beginners and students with some yoga experience. Monday morning classes are generally more relaxed than our Thursday morning classes. Clear the mind, improve balance, stretch & strengthen the body. Deepen your yoga practice with instructive classes focusing on a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing flows, breath and relaxation techniques, and a little taste of meditation. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min.
