Open Level Yoga is open to students of all levels - beginners and students with some yoga experience. Monday morning classes are more relaxed than our Thursday morning classes. Clear the mind, strengthen the body and deepen your yoga practice with instructive classes focusing on a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing flows, breath and relaxation techniques, and a little taste of meditation. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min.
