Thursday morning Open Level class is open to students of all levels, and offers a little more of a challange than our Monday morning Open Level class. There will be portions where we focus on alignment and hold poses for several breaths. This builds strength, balance, flexibility, focus, deepens inner awareness & helps release stress. Classes also incorporate flowing sequences where we move from pose to pose, coordinating movement with breath. Classes end with deep relaxation. Certified Yoga Instructor Bethany also has a BA in dance from Califoria University of PA. She has a graceful, down to earth nature, and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with her classes.
