Gentle Yoga is a slower paced, gentle & relaxing class. Great for beginners, seniors, moms-to-be, those with health issues or injury, or anyone looking for a nourishing, peaceful and relaxing class. We'll focus on basic hatha yoga poses, building strength, flexibility and balance, and also incorporate some slow flowing sequences. Recharge, restore, stretch & de-stress. Enjoy an enriching experience of yoga with this 1 hour and 15 minutes. New students and beginners are warmly welcomed. 6 class and 10 class packages available in our online store and by cash/check at the studio.
