Hatha Flow combines Hatha yoga with some flowing vinyasa style sequences. This is an intermediate level class. There will be portions where we focus on alignment and hold poses for several breaths. This builds strength, balance, flexibility, helps develop focus, deepen inner awareness & release stress. Classes also incorporate flowing sequences where we move from pose to pose, coordinating movement with breath. Classes end with deep relaxation. A lovely combination of energizing poses and relaxation.
