Thursday Hatha Flow is a lovely combination of energizing and relaxing poses. This intermediate level class combines Hatha yoga with some flowing vinyasa style sequences. There will be portions where we focus on alignment and hold poses for several breaths. This builds strength, balance, flexibility, focus, deepens inner awareness & helps release stress. Classes also incorporate flowing sequences where we move from pose to pose, coordinating movement with breath. Classes end with deep relaxation. Certified Yoga Instructor Bethany also has a BA in dance from Califoria University of PA. She has a graceful, down to earth nature, and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with her classes.
