Open Level classes are open to students of all levels - beginners and students with some yoga experience. This is a brand new class, beginning Friday May 5th. Beginners are encouraged to attend. Clear the mind, strengthen the body and deepen your yoga practice with instructive classes focusing on a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing vinyasa flows, breath and relaxation techniques. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min. 6 class and 10 class packages available in our online store.
