Open Level classes are open to students of all levels - beginners and students with some yoga experience. Fall Friday 1pm classes will focus on chakras. Clear the mind, strengthen the body and deepen your yoga practice with instructive classes focusing on a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing vinyasa flows, breath and relaxation techniques. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min. Register for the full 8 week session.
