Slower pace, gentle & relaxing class.  More personalized modifications with props, if needed.  Great for beginners, seniors, moms-to-be, those with health issues or injury, or anyone looking for a slower paced, nourishing and relaxing class.  We'll focus on basic hatha yoga poses, building strength, flexibility and balance, and also incorporate some slow flowing sequences.  Recharge, restore and relax.  1 hour and 15 minutes.  6 class and 10 class packages available in our online store allow you to start anytime, and enjoy classes around your schedule.  New students and beginners are warmly welcomed.
