This ongoing Open Level class is open to students of all levels - beginners and students with some yoga experience. Clear the mind, strengthen the body and deepen your yoga practice with instructive classes focusing on a variety of hatha yoga poses, energizing vinyasa flows, breath and relaxation techniques. Our teachers take turns teaching Saturday morning classes, so students get to sample each teacher's individual style. Classes are geared toward the level of the individual students. Holistic and enriching classes lasting 1hr and 15min. 6 and 10 class packages are available in our online store, and allow you to start anytime and enjoy classes around your schedule.
